GENERAS CARS RENTALS CONDITIONS
-IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE ON NON-ASPHALTED ROAD OR ON THE BEACH
-RENTER IS NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE UNDER INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL,
MEDICATION OR DRUGS
-RENTER PAYS HIS OWN FUEL AND ALL FINES
IN CASE OF DAMAGE, THE RENTER IS OBLIGED TO NOTIFY «DISCOVER RENTALS» OF THE
EXACT LOCATION AND NOT TO LEAVE THE POINT IN ANY CASE
-RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE TO RETURN THE VEHICLE IN THE SAME CONDITION
-THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RENTAL IS PAID IN ADVANCE AND MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED
-FOR ANY THEFT OR LOSS OF THE VEHICLE, THE RENTER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE
-THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE CAR AWAY UNDER THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
(1) DANGEROUS DRIVING, (2) DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, (3)
VIOLATION OF THE GREEK TRAFFIC CODE,
(4) DRIVING ANOTHER PERSON EXCEPT THE ONE WRITTEN ON THE CONTRACT.
-THE FULL INSURANCE COVERS PERSONAL ACCIDENTS, TYRES AND WHEELS, THEFT OF THE
CAR ONLY AND ARSON.
THE FULL INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS, LOSS OF CAR KEYS,
UNDERSIDE EXHAUST AND DAMAGES IN THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR. THE FULL INSURANCE IS
NOT VALID UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: (1) DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF
ALCOHOL NOR OR USE OF DRUGS. (2) VIOLATION OF THE GREEK TRAFFIC CODE. IN CASE OF
AN ACCIDENT OR DAMAGE OF THE CAR, THE SIBLING’S RENTALS COMPANY MUST BE
INFORMED IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID LOSS OF THE FULL INSURANCE.
TERMS
The full insurance covers personal accidents, tires and wheels, windows, theft of the car only and arson. The insurance
does not cover loss of personal items, underside exhaust and damages in the interior of the car.
The full insurance is not valid under the following conditions.:
● Driving under the influence of alcohol nor or use of drugs.
● Violation of the Greek traffic code.
In case of an accident or damage of the car, “DISCOVER RENTALS” company must be informed immediately to avoid loss of the full insurance.
The company reserves the right to take the car away under the following conditions:
● Dangerous driving.
● Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
● Violation of the Greek traffic code.
● Driving another person except the one written on the contract.
